Plans change — here's how cancellations work at altctrl.
1. Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order any time before it has been dispatched. Email 2zeroinc@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
2. After dispatch
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead refuse delivery or follow our Refund & Return Policy after the item arrives.
3. Refunds on cancellation
For orders cancelled before dispatch, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
4. Cancellations by us
We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a 100% refund and an email explaining why.
