We want you to love your kurta. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
1. Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact, and in its original packaging.
2. How to start a return
Email 2zeroinc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will confirm the return and share pickup or return-shipping instructions.
3. Exchanges
Wrong size? We're happy to exchange for a different size (subject to stock) at no extra product cost. Return shipping for size exchanges is on us for the first exchange per order.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.
5. Damaged or wrong items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping.
6. Non-returnable items
Items marked "Final Sale", custom-tailored orders, and items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
