Here's everything about how and when your altctrl order reaches you.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes through our trusted courier partners.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships.
3. Delivery time
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Remote locations may take a little longer. Festive periods may add 1–2 days.
4. Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A flat fee of ₹59 applies to orders below ₹999.
- Cash on Delivery (where available) may carry a small additional handling fee shown at checkout.
5. Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll get a tracking number to follow your parcel. If tracking hasn't updated for more than 48 hours, write to us and we'll chase it for you.
6. Delays
While we work hard to deliver on time, twozero is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always help you trace a delayed shipment.
